Shipping is always free for any purchases made on CardSwap.

Sellers can use our prepaid shipping label to mail gift cards to CardSwap. Multiple cards can be placed in one envelope.

If the face value of the gift card(s) exceeds $250, we recommend using registered mail. CardSwap will reimburse the seller up to $10 for registered mail. Simply include the receipt in the envelope.

For all shipments, it is highly recommended to wrap the gift card(s) with paper, cardboard or bubble wrap. CardSwap is not responsible for any cards lost during shipment.

CardSwap validates all received gift cards within (2) two business days. Once validated, Sellers will receive email confirmation that the cards have been received, validated and your cheque is in the mail.
