All transactions on CardSwap are final. There are no refunds or exchanges after you have paid and received the gift card.
Receiving Deadline: Is two weeks after purchase date. You should receive your gift card before the Receiving Deadline. In the event that you do not receive the gift card by this date, you should immediately contact CardSwap.
Final Transaction: Is three weeks after purchase date. In the event that you receive the gift card that you believe is materially different than the one purchased, or you have redemption issues at the retailer, you are required to notify CardSwap by the Final Transaction date. If you email CardSwap passed the Final Transaction date, you have forgone the right to cancel the transaction and no refund will be applied.
