FAQ

-	How many times can I bid?
	Each household may only bid ONCE per "Bid & Win" gift card.
-	Can I see what others have bid?
	No. This is a closed bidding system where nobody can see what you have bid and you are unable to see what others have bid.
-	Can I modify or cancel my bid after it has been submitted?
	Submitting a bid represents your commitment to purchase the "Bid & Win" gift card for up to your bid amount. Once you submit a bid you are unable to increase, decrease or withdraw your bid.
-	How is the winning price determined?
	The winning price is determined as the lowest price offered by the top 100 bidders. All winning bidders pay the same price which will always be lower than, or equal to, their bid price. Winners will never pay a price that exceeds their bid price.
-	What happens if my bid is the same as someone else?
	In the event that the there are multiple bids at the winning price, the winner will be selected based on the when they submitted their bid, with priority going to those that submitted their bid first. This is why it is always wise to bid early in the process.
-	How do I know if my bid was accepted?
	Once the auction is complete, all bidders will receive an email with the results and the winning bidders will automatically be charged the winning price. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless you are a winning bidder.
-	Why do I provide credit card information up front?
	Providing credit card information up front allows us to complete the transaction and notify the winning bidders as soon as the auction closes. If you are one of the winners your credit card will automatically be charged. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless you are a winning bidder.
-	What happens if my payment information is incomplete?
	You must ensure that the payment and shipping address information provided is fully complete and accurate. Any winning bids with incomplete information will have their bids automatically cancelled without opportunity to provide an alternative form of payment or additional information.
